NEXOWAV is a music intelligence platform operated by VOID (trading as NEXOWAV), under Null Point LLC. We provide artist momentum analysis, report delivery, and direct communication via our CIPHER system.

SMS Data & Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Opt-Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from NEXOWAV at any time by replying STOP to any message from (844) 351-3511. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at NEXOWAV@gmail.com. Opting out of SMS does not affect any active subscription or service.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your information only for as long as needed to provide the service or fulfill legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
